Shipping Policy — The Seasonal House

Shipping is free on all orders within the United States. For deliveries to other countries, shipping charges may apply and will be shown at checkout before you pay.

The times below apply to orders placed before our daily cut-off of 6:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday to Friday.

Orders placed after the cut-off, or at weekends, begin processing on the next business day. During busy periods such as public holidays, delivery can take longer than the estimates above.

Who delivers your order

We work with established carriers to get your order to you safely. Our main shipping partners are DHL and UPS.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can follow your parcel with that number until it arrives, either through the carrier or on our tracking page.

If your tracking number doesn't update immediately, give it a day or two — it usually means the carrier hasn't scanned the parcel into their system yet.

Customs and import taxes

For orders delivered outside the United States, customs duties and import taxes may be charged by your local authorities. These costs are your responsibility and are usually payable on delivery. We have no control over the amount and no way of knowing it in advance.

Changing your delivery address

If you need to correct your delivery address, email info@the-seasonalhouse.com as soon as possible with your order number and the full corrected address. We'll do our best, but we can't guarantee a change once the order has entered processing.

Undeliverable parcels

If a parcel can't be delivered because the address was incorrect, delivery was refused, or it wasn't collected from a pickup point, we reserve the right to charge the return and reshipping costs.
